Project: – Refurbishment of South Street WC’s, Newport, IOW for the Isle of Wight Council

Description: – The project involved the complete refurbishment of the gents, ladies and disabled WC and tidying up of the external appearance together with associated mechanical & electrical installation work

Service provided: – detailed survey, sketch plans, working drawings, tender documentation and full contract administration from commencement through to completion and subsequent end of defects.. The project was completed on time, within budget and won the accolade of “Loo of the year” award.
