Project: – The internal & External Refurbishment of Bembridge Library for the Isle of Wight Council

Description: – The project involved damp treatment, replacement floors and redecoration internally, together with the refurbishment and replacement of external windows, fascia’s, barge boards, repointing and redecoration externally.

Service provided: – detailed survey and full tender documentation including detailed drawings and specification of works for procurement and contract administration by the Isle of Wight Council Property Services department.
