Wootton High Street

Project:- Conversion of grade 2 listed former bank in Wootton High Street to 2No residential units and construction of 2No new residential dwellings on land to rear with link to existing.

Description:- The project involved a detailed survey of the existing grade 2 listed building and liaison and negotiations with the Local Authority Conservation and Design Team regarding the possible conversion works together with putting forward a scheme for 2No new build dwellings on land to rear linked to the existing property in a sympathetic design so as not to adversely impact on the existing listed building.
